When you go to the wet market to buy your fresh meat and vegetables, what sort of quality checking do you do in order to get the best line of meat and vegetables for your family?  Are there any standards that you follow?  If there are none, then these guided tips in choosing the best meat in a retail store can be very helpful:
a.      When you check on the meat cuts, make sure that you are getting only the cuts from the part of the meat where the muscles are less stressed.  These muscle parts are usually found at the back where ribs and loins are located. 
b.     When you have the budget to get the best deal, but the one that is considered a prime meat.  Although this is rather impractical for a lot of middle ranged people, this is the best way to ensure that you are getting only the best.  However, if financial constraint gets in your way, you can go at having the select or the standard section as these are found to be cheaper in price but not too far with the quality of a prime.
